Cecilia Jackson is the Founder of CEO of Forte Consulting. Using her own journey as a success story, she bridges the career gap for women and caretakers to return to the workforce. Forte Consulting is a provider of Salesforce CRM Implementation and Managed Services, They also focus on Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Services.
She develops her community as the Executive Director of the Youth Leadership Development Program, whose mission is Workforce Development. YLDP is an NJ 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
She is also a Bharatanatyam teacher, dancer and an ambassador of this classical dance form.
