Amudha K Poola

Amudha holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in political science and South Asian studies, after which she pursued legal studies, completing a JD and a LLM in tax. Subsequently she joined the New York M&A practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, she was involved in numerous M&A transactions across various industries, advising corporate and private equity clients on both due diligence and legal restructuring projects for over 10 years. In addition, she specialized in advising distressed companies and lenders on debt restructuring, both inside and outside of Chapter 11 proceedings. In 2022, Amudha departed PwC and is currently pursuing other opportunities.
